A five-storey brick apartment building in the centre of Copenhagen with major damp issues related to improper finishes was applied ten years ago.

My task was to visit the site, identify the existing materials with simple testing, point out the problem's root cause, and advise about the possibilities to fix the issues and safeguard the building's integrity.
