Single-storey residential property in Norfolk

Change of use project from Agricultural to Residential. The client’s wish was to convert their existing agricultural barn into a single-storey family home with keeping the red brick walls and the structural beams regarding the local planning policies in 2014.

My task was to survey the existing building and draw up the existing and proposed plans and elevations using AutoCAD for their Planning Application.
